The level of TCS in real race cars is adjustable by the driver so that is how it should be in a true sim.......

In this video you can see the driver constantly cycling through the different settings:

How awesome would the tv broadcasts be if they could give us this view?

It's a little beside the point but from that POV the wing mirrors are only blocking out his view of the front tires... much more sensible than having giant stalks that stop you seeing what's next to you. (I'm mostly thinking of http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/btj0BqS4jF8/maxresdefault.jpg)

The best thing for the ABS and the TC would be if you both could set it inside the car as well as in the setup.

That has to be one of the best POV racing videos ever, and there are some dam good ones.

Haven't been able to play racing games in like 3 weeks because of a pulled muscle in my back, and raced wit the Lotus Exos T125 two days ago for the first time, i love 'em, especially the faster one. They just fly over the tracks, first race i did was a 10 lap, i was nr 1 in the 8th lap, coming in for the finish in the big chicane before the last turn at Nurburgring, nr 2 rams me right in the rear and just pushes me off the track and without losing momentum just keeps on driving! Hope the AI get's some more improvement soon, they are also still able to stay on the tracks zig zagging left and right like a out of control bee.

just drove the abarth with 15 opponents
ai definitely needs more tweaking
and I can imagine it getting worse in faster cars
loved the feeling though of how i got punted of the track
but not gonna nag about it anymore as it's still in beta

You can. Ctrl+A and Ctrl+T.

So i was watching my replay on the Lotus and looking closely i thought the tires looked over inflated...
As it turns out they really were
You lower the tire pressures and the tires visually change, i love this game

I was amazed...

From the replay i could see the tire looking like a baloon, a bit oval, and with a big portion of it not making any contact with the tarmac.
After lowering it i could see the car "sitting" on it's tires, and the top side of the tire looked more squared.
