I was standing just to the right with the other spectators when this happened. Unfortunately I was looking down towards La Source and missed it. I could have seen Fittipaldi’s as well, but as usual I was looking in the wrong direction. Story of my life. I don’t remember ever witnessing an incident that I could have seen in person due to my ability to look in the wrong direction.
Anyway. Hopefully the BR1 doesn’t have any design flaws and can continue to race without any further incidents like this.
