Hopefully Huntelaar will start against Portugal.
Also it's sad for Willems to be here.. I don't want to criticize him because he's only 18, but he's too inexperienced for this. Maybe in 4-8 years he's a world class left back, but not now.. Van Marwijk should've opted for a more experienced player like Emanuelson..

Jep the coach didn't select him and to be really honest I dont that Willems was the problem tonight. He played pretty okay.

I have closely watched Greg vd Wiel and out of his 30'ish contacts with the ball he managed to pass it in the forward direction three times (one even failed). All the rest were passes back to either the goalie of the central defenders.

He would be the first guy i would take off the squad and replace him with Nigel de Jong or Dirk Kuyt

I think Germany deserve to win, even if I prefer that was Holland and we would have all teams with 3 points for the final round, that would be great to watch.

I really wondered who they qualified for this tournament But man those Irish fans are awesome!

The entire championship I find the crowds very dull and lifeless (has that to do with TV sounds?) but during the last 20 minutes of Spain vs Ireland I was sitting in front of the tv covered with shivers. Beautiful how they sang.

Belgian TV has better sounds than Dutch TV. Also they have Jan Boskamp.
It's just that the Belgian channel are not in HD here..
