Did do the testing, using the Odyssey+ and what it does, it sets everything to an extreme sky-high bright sun, the environment looks now like you are at a summer holiday camp in southern Europe. Not impressed by this mod, but maybe for other VR sets, it could give another result.
Use a Swaptool like CM or JSGME, to test it by yourself or if wanting to drive an sunny Arabian dessert track at 13:00h.
