You get the font, you get the front and back plates. You need the Custom License Plate Mod, and for true Britishness, you ideally want to get Marty's RHD conversion.
Stick both EUfront.png and EUrear.png into the License Plate folder. Marty has put instructions on the mod page and Radex did a review of the required mod.
