Great mod and absolute essential for AC. Just a shame that Racedepartment is only allowing me to download at 65kb/s even though my internet is 250MB/s and not currently under any load

As amazing this mod is, it is nowhere near as amazing as the dedication of his author, taking the time to respond to each and every idiotic reviews, from blackmailing to complains on things that are not part of the mod, not even made by him. And for that, top of my hat to you, sir.

And yes, using CSP and Sol since wut, forever, everyday as a basic nearly makes you forget that it wasn't part of the game at first, it is all made by some dudes, probably at home, for free. I love modding. Thank you forever, Peter!

I have installed 2.2.6.7 version, but it is still showing me I have version 2.4. Originally I was on 2.2, so it changed but still doesn't seem to be the last version.

2.4 (2.42) is the weather controller version. The weather script version is 2.2.6

Guys, thank for all your effort!
I have a feature request for you.
Could you please add some additional flexibility to the weather planner?
for every weather slot of the all day planner add a time speed multiplier value.
e.g.
so for night we can set x4, for morning/evening x2, and day x1. and then apply global time speed multiplier.

I abSOLutely love it. As a sort of newbie to the sim racing thing I wanted to make AS a bit more, well pleasent to look at. I was surprised by how straight forward Sol is to use, to me its very 'matter of fact' and only says what is needed, something I like in apps.
I did struggle - by my own doing - with the skybox being 'blank' which took me some time to work out, it was the CSP being out of date, I opted to one Sol told me to use in game and bing! a pretty blue sky over France. I am yet to try out the weather functions, I plan to spend the entirety of tomorrow fine tuning Sol to my liking. So far I am over the moon with it, I just regret not getting it sooner.
Big thank you to Peter Boese for creating it, what a guy!

Hi,
I have 0.8.2561.39678 (x86) CM and shader version 0.1.79, SOL 2.2.9
and Pure 0.190, but when I click on Sol planner in the Game I have the Message: The controller SOL 2.5 is not running.
(Sol was selected in the weather FX)

Please read this pdf carefully! Download the latest CM which is linked there and look at the pictures. There you will see where you set the Sol 2.5 controller in CM.

SOL is amazing and one of the main reasons why I still race in AC. The graphics are great without affecting the framerate too much/at all. Many thanks for creating this excellent weather mod and pp filter. Much appreciated!
