* Road texture added
* Tone range widened to 50% by making it exponential. At 50% tone slider it matches earlier versions. at 100% tone slider it is now 50% higher than before.
* Grip loss on brake more felt.
* Low end version fixed missing tighten values from 9.6.
* Bumps adjusted down. If you need more, turn up "tone" in-game. Otherwise up the value for "track_bump_scale" in the file.
* Center feel improved & more set for most cars.
* Still reactive enough for other cars, like Caterhams.
* Fixed an issue that might cause problems between sessions.
* Slightly more difference between high-med-low. Try them to find which works best for you.

* This version is extra hugely fine tuned by @Panos Schoino & @Shadak. Specially in regards to over-steer, high df feel, scrub, centering, strength. These adjustments simply put this revision at the next level.
* More relaxed steering wheel in general. Less oscillations at all damping settings.
* New damping algorithm added.
* Damping changed to combine 3 parts in to the final FFB output. There's no special mode above 50% any longer, it simply goes less and less prone to oscillations.
* Over-steer improved across all cars. The Caterhams(and others) now feel much better and can more easily than ever be throttle controlled through the corners.
* High down force dynamically scaled, so the very high down force cars don't go crazy stiff in the steering at high speed.
* Scrub adjusted.
* Centering adjusted.
* Variable "limit_high_df" in the top section, if you want even less high df feel or you want more of the old very stiff high df back again.

* FX slider for scrub/engine vibes is now exponential and allows scale to 200%. Slider to FX values: 25%->12.5%, 50%->50%, 75%->112.5%, 100%->200%.
* Removed exponential on road feel, so going above 50% is less harsh than before.
* 8.9 had a bug causing it to be more stiff. Fixed here.

Mid level & high end versions differ mostly on "centering", so please try both if in doubt.

8.4 got too relaxed for higher end wheel bases.
* Fixed center spot for mid level.
* Fixed friction for mid & high level.
* Fixed too relaxed center for high level.
* Elevation feel had a bug & was not enabled in 8.3. Fixed.
* Adjusted for slightly bumpier in general.
* High end wheel bases use the "big eye" feature, making the center more relaxed.
