Love it and i use it since a few years. But ive noticed a little frame skipping when sidekick is active, i was wondering where it comes from, but ive tested it, the frame skipping goes away when sidekick turned off, maybe a update is coming?

Greatest app for AC ever! Would be perfect if there was a third shortcut for toggling the sections back, not only forward. Nevertheless, great app.

5/5 stars for me. Essential app if you want a small app to show everything you need without hogging all the space. Although i wish i could set the shift lights manually per car, the hybrid v6 f1 cars have different shiftpoints compared to NA v10s

Would it be possible to map a wheel button to toggle a section ?
For example mapping r2 to toggle the tyre section; wear, temps, pressure so it could be done during a race.

Amazinggly sleek and streamlined app with all of the essential information you want during a race.
It is one of the few apps that everyone should at least have tried and most should really have.
It is one of the MUST HAVE apps for me now.

For a very long time I have resisted using any apps in Assetto Corsa as unfortunately I still suffer from massive FPS penalty with most available apps and some apps (like tire apps and position list apps) are bringing down the FPS to a slideshow - completely unusable.

Only now have I tried Sidekick for the first time and to my absolute amazement, Sidekick is one of those few apps that is so well optimized that it has absolutely no discernable FPS penalty on my system (AMD based with custom drivers to run on a Apple MacPro).

Sidekick allows me to see all important tire information during a race for the first time - AWESOME !!!

It also completely replaces for me Kunos excellent live time gap app in a more compact package (I can easily see in my peripheral vision if I am on a quick sector or not).

For the first time also I have extensive info about the session, position and laptimes - all of that in the most sleek and compact yet well readable fashion - AWESOME !!!

For the first time I have now available to me full fuel information and tools to plan pitstops and see immediately all info to plan ahead pitstops - MOST AWESOME !!!

The very few feature requests I would have would be to make it possible to lock the app into position (I always tend to move the app just a little when mouse clicking any of the app buttons) and to further allow to ommit app features some users may not use for an even sleeker design:

I do not use gear / speed information (I read these from cockpit or steering wheel instruments).
I would love if I could "cut this section off"

Another VERY welcome feature would be to have the ability to switch the timing information to:

left timing display: gap to racer ahead
right timing display: gap to racer behind

both of these with small red/green triangles (the same as the indicator triangles as in the lap time feature to indicate loosing / gaining time to the racer ahead / behind.

I used Sideckick for a while , but Ive built a new PC and miss Race Essentials if there is a way to get it please send me a message . I dont mind if its a old version .

Great app. Works much better than the built-in Essentials app for basic info or the Gear app for a digital tach/shift indicator. The shift lights are great and easy to see from you peripheral vision.

I wish it was fully functional in replays, but I think that's a limitation of the game, not the app.

It's not as visually pleasing as Rivali OV1, but I really like the polished feeling of this app and also the minimalistic style that condenses every important piece of information about the state of the car and presents it to you. It's also very customizable. Basically a must for any driver that still uses the awful default Essentials app.
