Added settings for road cars

There are now two setting files included:

Neck FX for TrackIR (Race Car)
This is the original file from the earlier versions.

Neck FX for TrackIR (Road Car)
A brand new setting for slow, usually boring road cars. This makes it a lot more fun to take your own daft road car on to the Nordschleife for a spin!

Updated to only affect Neck FX. Also, some additional minor tweaks.

Just unzip, then drag and drop "Neck FX for TrackIR" into the Content Manager window.

I've lessened the amount of movement of the upper body as it was slightly too much at times. These are mainly the "Fast response multiplier" settings, but they affect each other so some minor changes to "Slow response gain" as well.

Fine adjustments, tested with more cars

Tested with medium-slow to fast cars, even better middle ground and fits even more cars.
