RAYCERRAY PLUGIN V1.6 OR HIGHER IS NEEDED!!

- Added a F1 Remote Control Dashboard to use when Broadcasting
- Added a new Circuit Information Overlay, based on the 2024 TV Style Popups
- Added a new Corner Information Overlay, with turn, Corner graphic and Cornername
- Added a new Turns Overlay, with turn and Corner graphic
- Updated all internal files
- A few code changes

Update V1.3.1

Fixed a small bug in the new Driver Information Overlay, where Team logo's where not always visable, and a longer name would not fit.

- Added a new Driver Information Overlay, based on the 2024 TV Style Popups
- Added a new HALO Display Overlay, with the basic information you need when racing
- Added a new Current Lap and Interval Overlay, based on the 2024 TV Style Popups
- Resized the Car Information Overlay, so it only shows the car information, and now F1 of F2 logo
- Added the F1 and F2 2024 icons in the Overlays, that will work when F1'24 is released.
- Updates the Driver FULL NAME and INITIALS Overlays with a Red/Brown Position Background when "DRIVER AT RISK" in Q1, or Q2
- Updates the Driver FULL NAME and INITIALS Overlays to support the new F2 layout.
- Updated all internal files
- A few code changes
