- Session now automatically switches from Session time lap to laps driven depending on race mode

- Added second page with maps, radar, and track conditions
- Added notifications (change of TC, ABS, BIAS, ECU Map)

- Race laps now show current lap from leader, e.g. Lap 02 of 10
