1.1 fixes
1. Cut track warnings should be gone....i hope.
2. Tweaked the pathing in a few corners

AIW Fixes:
1. AI is better at navigating the track by themselves. They are generally better at not smashing into walls nose 1st at corners and so forth.
2. Safety Car added
3. Garage area made more GTR2 friendly with 30 spots.
4. There are now 30 grid spots available, change max vehicles in gdb to 30 if you wish to use them.
5. Pit entrance fixed as best I can
6. Slow moving car problem fixed
Issues:
AI will still bang the walls a bit in some spots but not front 1st.
AI is still slow at hairpin at top of hill.
Pit entrance fixed as best I can but cars still bang the right fence when entering.
Note these fixes mainly affect the AI when they are alone or in single file.
If the AI tries to pass in some spots, you're still going to get alot of wrecks.
You'll probably still have alot of attrition on this track as it's just so tight in some spots.
