Particles+ is an on-going project of mine to improve the particle effects in Dirt Rally to get just a little bit more out of them!
Particles+ changes all of the 3000+ particle emitters in the game to increase the amount of particles generated under specific conditions.
The primary focus has been on increasing the 3D particles generated while skidding and sliding, and also on the amount of particles generated during collisions.
A slight increase in particle density has also been given to the general dust and smoke effects. Particularly the longer lasting effects (like on Greece).
I consider this a WIP, as there are sooo many emitters, and NONE of them are marked at all. It is litterally a guessing game as to what the emitter actually emits! So please let me know if you notice a particular effect is acting funky!
Installation :
Copy the "Effects" folder to your games installation directory
Uninstallation :
Copy the "Effects" folder from the "Originals" folder in the archive to your games installation directory
Online Play : This should not effect your ability to play online, or save your career progress
