What a track ! Unbelievable !
Must've been around '67 when i had my first Lotus and - well, it was driven by a clockwork - but the direction was very clear: One day this had to become reality and now it is*.
(* Well, virtual reality, with respect to the environment )

Thank you, folks !
Another solid update, great work! I think the character of the track is developing in the right direction, not billiard table smooth like modern tracks and the bumps can be scary as they were in 1967. If anything I'd like a few more vibrations and bumps when flat out to add further to the realism.

The AI grid now all go forward (but very slowly if at the back of the grid) at the start of the race and don't crash into each other, but there are always crashes between AI on the back straight behind the pits. Otherwise I love it, it feels like I've had a real workout after doing just two laps of a Quick Race!
For a 0.5 version I'll give it 5 stars. This should rather be named ver. 0.8-0.9 or so. Driving out in a 1960's Alpine 1600S I could do all Saturday!
I was looking forward to the old jump af Brünnchen and I was not dissapointed. Though I think the tarmac was a bit more gravelly. And more naming of corners through Südschleife, especially Seifgen, Müllenbach, Rassrück and Scharfer Kopf coud've been placed.
Otherwise, I'm positively and pleasant surprised. Good Job!

Absolutely fantastic. Downloaded this evening and all tracks work great. Was actually using one of the VRC touring cars on it. Excellent work

WOW Stunning work m8, now I know where we will be racing on the 26th...many thanks.
thanks
Thank you so much for this (in my eyes) perfect conversion of this beautiful track.
I'm very grateful that you integrated all the bells and whistles of CSP. It really looks tremendous. You - and your fellow modders - have done an outstanding job.
It's a real blast to thrash old cars around the track(s).
Again: Thank you very much.
Thank You
EXTREME COOL!!! MANY THANKS!!! ;-/)
Incredible mod track that puts justice to the great nordschleife. As it can't be laser scanned this is the highest level of quality that can be expected from such a mod track.

I do think some parts of the track have a bit too much elevation, or just don't feel quite right, however it is not realistic to get it perfect considering these parts aren't waht they used to be these days.
Absolute magic! Grand Prix Legends was what got me into sim racing, and driving this track, with a full grid of 67 F1 cars, in VR is the dream finally a reality. It already looks beautiful to me, but I'll be looking out for updates. Now off to look for more vintage formula and GT cars to run on it...
This is just awesome. One of the tracks, which i think, i will still load in ac in 5-10 years! Thank you :)
The track is awesome and very well remade and very detailed. Nurburgring Nordschleife is my favorite track so I decide to make a video regarding this version of it. Hope guys you will enjoy

That track is amazing. Thank you so much for the work.
I am totally hyped for the Südschleife^^Can´t wait for this .
What a wonderful 'documentary'! I was at the 1000-km. race there in 1964 when a Shelby Cobra won the GT class for the first time. During practice, one of the Porsche 904s failed to come around, and Porsche's racing boss, Huschke von Hanstein, took me around the whole circuit in his personal car (a 356 Carrera coupe), trying to find his lost race car. "Look for holes in the hedges," he told me. So your hedges look perfectly authentic to me (I love the fact that they're not hard-edged, but more like rose bushes, as in real life), as do the wooden-pole fences and the curious, below-ground-level paddock. I also appreciate the other layouts (like the Sudschleife and the Gesamtstrecke), but wasn't the S/F line straight much, much wider? I had some good times in the Sporthotel watching eight cars abreast at the beginning of the race.

Thank you, it's great to know the opinion of someone who lived the experience this spectacular place at that time, it's a kind of feedback that i won't ever get from pictures and videos. As for your question, based on the pictures of the track and the dimensions of the cars going through the straight, i believe the wideness looks pretty much okay. The height of the fences at the sides can make it look thiner, so i will take a second look to those relations.
Cheers!
I love you so much broo :D
Great work. Thanks for that. I love the small details like the signs for the track sections and the little "Esso"-labels!!
This is what the Lotus 49 was made for
