I think you need experimental version
How to enable?
1. Right click on the game (in steam)
2. go to properties
3. go to betas
4. type dingdongpong
5. hit check code
6. Install

Car is a piece of crap!
No wheels, no steering wheel, nothing!
Bodywork is damaged!

I loaded the save and the car was broken... missing all the wheels, valve cover and steering wheel. those are just the parts I noticed right off the start.
