Amazing effects!!! I didn't face FPS issues, perfect!

That's nice to hear ! i try to leave FPS the most stable as posible with good graphics, Thanks for the review :)
The mod is a must have, the effects are awesome and resemble to those by high budget teams. However, i have a problem with the text resolution as if it were blurred (like sidekick data or relative times) when it is active.

Maybe the effect called SMAA.fx is to strong for in-game apps, you can try to uncheck (disable) it in Reshade window, to do that press Home button and click on the checkbox at SMAA.fx. I added SMAA effect to counterrest the extreme sharpening from DELC_Sharp.fx so if you'll disable smaa i also recommend disabling the effect DELC_Sharp.fx. Without these 2 effects you should be ok :) - Thanks for the review
Bel lavoro matt, continua così, uno dei migliori filtri al momento!

Grazie mille "Hillclimber12", apprezzo il tuo commento! Forza italia ^^
I love it, But i cant get reshade to work with SOL, CSP at the same time... Unless i enable force 32 bit in game settings than reshade works but SOL and CSP dosnt work... What is the problem? Could you please help me fix this annyoing issue as i would love to use both at the same time for some amazing screenshots :)
Thanks for sharing your filter.

The Inmersive_ACC_Dark filter is quite good for VR. It doesn't look as good as in your screenshots, but it comes close.

Can you tell me by INBOX how it looks in comparison to my screenshots? i want to fix it for VR (i never think about it until now, because i havent VR). By the way the darker filter is not in the screenshots, the screenshots are taken in Inmersive_ACC (the bright one), today i remove the Chromatic Aberration and i think it looks better, you can try that (in the .ini file). Thanks for the review :)
It looks amazing. Specially when it comes to taking photos. But on some tracks (such as Imola), even though the car looks perfect, the track looks kinda blue. I don't know how to solve it
How to take screenshot with reshade effect? Pasting few options in nice_screenshots doesnt work.
el_mattpro
el_mattpro
Thanks for the review, to make the Reshade effects appear on the Screenshot, be sure to UNCHECK (disable) "FXAA" in Assetto Corsa > Video Settings / Content Manager > settings > Assetto Corsa > Video Settings.
This is absolutely stunning. Totally transforms AC. I can’t believe how great it looks, coupled with GBW weather and shader patch. Who needs Competizione when you have this filter. Well done

Thanks you so much "Katikcomer", i tested and develop my filter using gbw mod as main weather mod, with shader lights in their first version and the latest builds until now :)
I'm glad that you like the Filter
grande!

Finally in love with photo taking
Thanks a filter that does what it says on the tin. i was dubious to try it but i am really glad i did, the roads even look better and the shadows. i noticed as i ended my last race i could see the shadows in the sand humps were just better defined. i really like this filter thanks alot for your work. only issue am having noow is the cars sound is awful for some reason. and at different times you can hear the rain outside. or as if your in an enclosed space. but it is delayed. a bit weird i need to figure that out now. always something but this filter just works. thankyou really good work. great.

Hello and thanks for the review. About those problems you have, they are NOT related to my mod in any aspect. The Sound is setup by AssettoCorsa Audio settings + Content Manager Sound settings and General Settings (and effects) to create delay, reverb, etc... if you have any problem with the sound you need to check your Audio effects and settings in AssettoCorsa Launcher or Content Manager settings. The rain sound is related to SOL weather (or rain weather you're using) + Shader Path mod, again... not related to PPFilter, just want to be clear about that. In the discord server (link) i post in the update description you'll find the Development of SOL weatherFX, you can ask there or here in racedepartment directly to the user PeterBoerse (sol mod creator) about this problem you're having. Have a good day
Looks great until you look directly into the sun. Then the screen gets set on fire and you can't see anything. I'm on a calibrated high end NEC monitor meant for photo editing.

Yes, i already post the fix in the description, anyway i'll upload a new version of the "vivid" filter that i'm working on right now, it looks better and have this already Fixed on it, so the next update will fix your isue with the sunlight and will make the overall image sharper, specially for headlights and brake lights or sun reflection on the car. Thanks for the review :)
Good filter in combination with GBW. But the shadows are too dark for me. How can I change this?
el_mattpro
el_mattpro
Shadows Dark fix:
If you want to make brighter the darker areas and shadows, open the .ini preset you want to modify and change the line under [TONEMAPPING] - "GAMMA=0.30" to something higher, this will change every single shadow (the darkest it can get), remember that GAMMA will affect lightning too, so if you want to make this equilibrate, while you add Gamma, down the same amount (or a bit less) of "BRIGHTNESS=0.43" under line [COLOR] (at the bottom of the .ini).
Actually thought it's real by the screenshots. Can't wait for the reshade RT update!

Thanks you Sir, i'm glad you like it :)
Looks fantastic will it work with the rift tho?
el_mattpro
el_mattpro
If with "rift" you mean Oculus / VR then yes, the mod have to work on VR without problems, anyway i havent VR so i can't test it on VR gear, maybe it is to bright, to dark, to saturated... i don't know really, but if you want to modify something for VR tell me what and i'll try to help you and make a new .ini for the VR users on the future. Thanks!
Beautiful Filter and beautiful brightness in the game.
I would like to ask you, only where / how to modify the entry "sol_config: -10 cold tonemap / 85% CSP lights Strength". I would like to know where this string is located; I would like a landscape with natural colors and not with much color.
el_mattpro
el_mattpro
Thanks for the review, the tonemap and % of CSP lights can be modified in real time by using "Sol_Config" app, you should have this app installed since you install SOL and it comes with it. Between page 0 (first) and page 6 you'll find CSP lights, Brightness, Night modes and other stuff to modify and play with it while you're in game, the settings sill take effects in real time, you can actually see the Sol Config app opened up on my videos (usually on the right side of screen) in case you need an example of how it looks
Perfect filter, it's a "must have" MOD for AC

Thanks you! Enjoy it :)
Please do a tutorial of how do you do screenshots and all your "graphical" mods you have, please. I'd be so grateful.

Ok, i'll try to do it :) Thanks for the review
