The "Gnoo Blas Motor Racing Circuit" made by Lavalamp641 is a fantastic track, but I don`t like the modern crowd. So I've made a historic crowd for the track. I've also updated the UI, switched the position of the lollipop man from left to right and added a sections.ini.
