Delta App Hotfix

- Fixed a small bug, where the third sector would not be displayed in single-player
- Fixed a small bug with fuel indicator showing through the drs indicator
- Removed all debug from console

Delta App Release!

This update adds a delta app from the F1 2020 Game
- Delta app added, which includes a lap counter, a delta displayer (not showing in races not to distract), sector visualizer, and many more!
- The app is also scalable and has the same scale as the main HUD app

Cleared up the code and fixed some bugs

A small update, which fixes bugs with ERS indication and inability to save MPH setting.
Also, this update removes all the unnecessary code (thanks to @Bontkraag for pointing out possible copyright infringements)

Minor fix + app icon added

Fixed the previous version, where I forgot to add the fonts folder
Also, tweaked the rpm texture a bit to make it look more natural and less bright
An app icon was added as well
Future updates are still to come, so stay tuned!

Added settings window and many more!

Big update, which adds a settings app, which saves the settings into the config file, small texture tweak, rpm calculation, and much more!
Feature list:
- Settings app (requires a game restart after changes)
- DRS and limiter texture fix
- RPM calculation for each car
- Added a new HUD for non-ERS cars, which doesn't include ERS bar
- The app can be scaled via the settings, 1x and 2x versions don't exist anymore
- Overtake button now reacts to KERS button on the wheel
- Pitlane graphic has been added to the HUD
- Low fuel warning has been added (can be changed in the settings)
- MPH now needs just a checkbox in the settings, no additional folders needed

Many more features are still to come, so stay tuned!

Added MPH support

To install the MPH support, just drag content from the "mph_patch" folder into your assettocorsa folder
