Hi, you missed out a folder.

Should be:

...\Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Customs\Liveries\hrc_amr_white

but your textures and .json's are in:

\Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Customs\Liveries

For those that downloaded already and have white car without stickers, copy the 4 "loose" files from \Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Customs\Liveries to \Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Customs\Liveries\hrc_amr_white and the car will look as the painter desired.
