Slightly incresed dirty air.

Performance update 2.0

Update based on last 3 races (Dutch, Italy and Singapore)!
New:
Tweaked dirty air and slipstream
Reduced ICE power from 880hp to 840hp
This change was made because of traction issues and now it is a little bit easier to get on the power.
Also when you combined ICE + ERS power you get exactly 1000hp which is what teams have in F1.
Team order is shown in the main page.
