I guess you refer to the car filter? To save car ID's the cars using the same .hdc file also have the same car ID (but different names). That's what caues the problem. It's unfortunate, I know.
The new templates will be out soon

so i could change them? so will that affect the workings of the cars sharing?

Generally speaking GTR2 rims can be put into RACE07 but these ones were made by satori so you'd need to ask him.

I can't see there would be a problem if you change them. As far as I know skins don't care about car ID

trying to do a skin for the Mk1 Mondeo and im having trouble with the windows.

Using gimp to do the windows. once im done i save and flatten. then i use dds converter as ive done with ever single skin ive made and windows i convert psd to dds with dtx5 with 6 mipmaps and the downs are coming out like this?

if i dont flatten and convert it comes out like this?

not the dark tint like the default windows

Simon, is there anywhere in particular i can follow the progress of the GTR2 version of the mod and or the skinning progress?

Ive seen a version of the mod but it doesnt include the 95 mondeo seen in your screen of richard kaye, is there an updated version out there or is that model yet to be released?

I've just added some new Dymag wheels to the 405 like in that photo, the model does look old by comparison but it looks along side the other cars.

For me those wheels looks way too big, just look at the front one on the real picture and the one in game, but overall looks awesome.
