Almost impossible to answer but if I'm strict with myself and can pick only one it would have to be the Lotus Elan in GT Legends.
Rally Trophy introduced me to 60s and 70s GT and touring cars. Rally stages are great fun to drive, but lack the one-on-one aspect of track racing. I hoped Bugbear might follow Rally Trophy up with a 60s/70s track racing sim but instead - out of the blue four years later - it was Simbin who actually delivered GT Legends. The demo appeared in August and I drove it almost every day till the full version came out in October. I even ordered my copy from Sweden because the UK launch was 4 weeks later.
The demo featured the Elan, the E-Type Jaguar and the C2 Corvette. I drove all three but the Elan was my favourite, rather reminding me of the cars in the GPL 65-mod I'd just spent 2 years developing. When racing my way through the GTL career, the Elan was my go-to car for the GTC-65 races, though the challenge of mastering the Cobra wasn't far behind.
