What is your dream car?

Lol, our trade off is that we can't drink until 21 - highest minimal drinking age in the world.

I would say the same thing if I were in your position.

By the way I found a 1990 3251 for $3,000, but of course it's automatic. I want a manual.

No way man your in the united stateS?

A awesome condition would run 5k at the most for stock. I don't even see good turbo'd setups go for over 10k. Maybe a supercharged S52 swap in a late model.

But no way are those prices right.

I found one for $8,000 and another for $15,000.

If you don't mind me asking what is the state you reside in? I could find you one almost instantly. For far cheaper than 8k. Nobody pays 8k for an e30.

Use www.craigslist.com

and no it is not true about more autos being in america.

I live in Florida.

I did find a few for about $3,000-$6,000. They were in "okay" condition. Out of about 2-3 sites, there was only about 40 or so for sale within 200 miles of my zip code.

By the way I searched "bmw e30" on Craigslist and 4 matches came up. Guess I have to try and search each model. Every one from '84-'91 >.>

Type in BMW and for the price but 2500 max. Quite a bit should come up.

Do not put e30. Most people on craigs are too ignorant to realize what chassis it is.

Well I typed in "BMW" on craigslist wit no price range or year range and a few E30s came up.

However, if I were to put $2,500 max I'd probably get about 3-5 results. I'm also looking at a 90's model Mercedes, most likely and S-Class such as this one: http://sarasota.craigslist.org/cto/1079836605.html

There's only a handful of E30s that are cheap yet require no work. Mot of the cheaper ones have some sort of mechanical defect.

Aww man, I love the BMW 2002 Turbos too. Those things are awesome - if I can get one for my first car I will. I think I like those even more than the E30s.
