F1 2014 Transfer drivers

Hi everyone,

I want to go to Mclaren and transfer K. Magnussen to Sauber but I don't know why, I know I have to modify the database with EDE but I'm afraid to make a mistake.

I wanna try to change names but I don't understand.
If I'm in language editor, what I must edit to change drivers?

change driver name in language editor and number, ability and other in database editor and picture in pssg editor
