Track IR or not for Assetto Corsa Competizione

Hello all
I need advise, hope i can get one here.
Does anybody has any experience with TRACK IR device ?
Does it bring better immersion in Assetto corsa competizione or not ?
I have heard that the cap can "heat" your head for long game sessions

Absolutely, after abandoning VR I can't race without one on Ultrawide 49" G9.
