Tracks Road America Mod will not work

For some reason whenever I try to download the road America mod for Assetto Corsa it saves as a internet explorer file and tries to open with internet explorer. I’ve downloaded it before and had no problem but my hard drive fried and now for some reason it will not let me download the mod file and Use it in the game, can anyone help me?
