Maybe engines could be tiered based off of performance which would increase minimum costs manufacturers can charge as well as increase cost for upgrades etc?

Showers with interruptions is the 2n and 3rd quarters. This might be one of the toughest weathers for managers so far with constant dry-wet changes.

Didn't seem to make much of a difference in the previous rain races this season. I expected to have a quite decent pace with him here, but this really came as a surprise.

What confuses me is that Schumacher won that last race. But here despite using a focus he underperformed massively.
