· Click here to read the password!
· You will require the RSRBR 2015 mod with Update 05 to be able to race!

The final RBR event we will host at RaceDepartment is here, and we're ending it on gravel.
The weather forecast says huge possibilities of dry weather, but can you really trust the forecast?

General RBR Club Rally Rules:
1. You must use your real name when signing up for the event.

2. As always, Club Events are for casual fun racing. It's always great fun to be fastest, and win. But this is not the main thing to achieve in Club Events. The club events are for developing your skills and test new cars and stages.

3. The usual RaceDepartment rule do apply. You need to keep two wheels on the road. Even though this is a rally game. We will not check this on replays, but for yourself, and all the other drivers please follow this rule.

4. RaceDepartments Terms of Service do apply. If you haven't read it, or don't remember the 19 points of the ToS. Please read it again.

5. If you feel the need to contact anyone about something that's happened on the forum or on the stages for some reason, you can always report the post. Or you can send a Private Message to either Ole Marius Myrvold or Roy Magnes (by clicking on the link in the names).

6. The RBR Club Staff reserve the right to ban any person from driving in the Rally Club. The time of the ban will differ from each situation.

7. As this is not a circuit, there is no possible way for one driver to affect another during the events. By such, there should not be any reason for drivers to be angry with one eachother after a rally. A good rule is to read through your post before posting it. If it comes across as angry, or full of sarcasm. It might be good idea to wait some more minutes to post. Remember the general RD rule: " Mutual respect between the people using the RaceDepartment.com website(s) and forums. This means you may not personally attack other forum users. malicious behaviour and bullying will not be tolerated. If there is a problem report it to the staff."

8. As in RDRC, restarting stages is not allowed. You are however allowed to start a new session,-and get results from that, if you have not passed the first sector on the first stage. If you have passed the first sector on the first stage. That session will count towards the result.

DRIVER BRIEFING NOTES:

1. 4WD, turbochargers and 300+ bhp. Use it wisely, but don't overdo it!

2. RBR Pacenotes are designed for default cars, Normal conditions and Good weather. Please remember to adjust your speeds to suit these cars.

3. Tyre selections are the drivers responsibility. If you use the automatic tyre selection option in RSRBR2015, please beware that sometimes it may give you the wrong tyre for the conditions. Always double check your tyres, it is critical, especially for Snow Stages.

4.Please ensure to install the all the packs needed. Everything needed is linked to in blue in the opening post!

5. Password is the usual RD password - if you for some reason do not know that. PM @Ole Marius Myrvold

6.Please report any problems caused by the stages, or the inability to make sessions, posts and times right from the Rally Club Staff!

If requests are made for any additional timezones, or changes to Start times to better suit your local needs, we will try to include them ( but within the Monday/Tuesday periods).

And with this post! The sign up is open! We wish everyone the best of luck! And hope that no one gets in any trouble!

Thanks!

My RSRBR gave me some error at the start of the rally, of some missing file, so had to restart it and missed SS1, and ended up going on SS2 with tarmac tires

Things went a bit better afterwards, until the final loss of patience at East-West (shouldn't have taken a nap before the rally :D )

Still, this game shall be played on and on... Thanks Roy for a proper sending off!

The final sessions are set up at rallyesim now.
Remember that you still need the 2015 mod to participate, as we feel it would be a bit too much to download all of RSRBR 2016 for this one rally :)

So that's it, the last rally ever at RD

I think this was a worthy conclusion to this chapter as the final event saw a massive battle between Magnar and me for most of the rally, the gap was never too big for comfort on any side and it seemed like he would take one stage, then I would take another and so on, on one stage we were sepparated by merely .4 of a second. I know he's good on the wider, faster sections so I pushed hard on my best stages, I spun on SS11 and nearly had to call for help, on the last stage ever I took it easy and got it to the finish.

Thank you very much Roy and Ole Marius and I'm glad to conclude a massive chapter in my simracing career with you guys, I can't count all the fun I had while racing in RDRC, the battles, the rivals, the championship, the strategies, etc.

This was great and I look forward to racing alongside you guys somewhere else ;)

Thanks!

Last ever EU session with Roy and Magnar. 1 fast driver and 2 less fast. "The fast one" drove as usual some seconds faster than Roy and me. Had a losers battle with Roy. Both nerds crashing those poor old WRC in all threes and bushes along the road.. Separated just one second in the end. Good fun..

Thanks JACK, ROY AND OLE for giving us RD sessions with this one and only rallysim. Especially the RD Rally Championship.

Some of us continues Richard Burns saga over at CMS. Hope to see some of you returning to RB later when your sick of arcade games. Always a open place on the POR stable team

Apart from a clean-ish run through Falstone I think I found new crashes on every stage :cautious:

If you want big crashes/rolls for the RBR video Roy, check my run through Diamond Creek, I have 2, one minor and one massive, roll on that stage, true Finland stage in disguise... :ninja:

But I did have a lot of fun on the way, really enjoyed Falstone and, for once, Humalamääki, that Skoda sure is a lot of fun to drive :roflmao:

I hope to see you all around and I'm really looking forward to the video if you find the time during the winter break from RL Roy :)

Well, that was, like most of my RBR events here at RD, a little disappointing.

It turns out that the time in AEDST listed for the OC session was an hour later than the time the event actually started, as I loaded in to find the rally had moved to SS8.

I attempted to run as much as I could in the time I had, but I crashed heavily on all stages except the final one, Falstone. Nevertheless, it was good to jump back into RBR one last time at RD. Thank you to Roy, Ole and Jack for your tireless efforts keeping these events going, and helping to kickstart my (small-time) YouTube career with your events for this awesomely frustrating sim.

Thanks must also go to Warren Dawes (if he's still around) for helping to start RBR off at RD in the first place.

Cheers guys, hopefully we'll get together again soon.
