The upcoming WTCR DLC for RaceRoom Racing Experience is set to hit the game in a couple of days time, and what better way to celebrate than some preview images!

Featuring the Audi RS3 LMS and Hyundai i30 N WTCR cars, the most recent image reveals from the upcoming WTCR DLC for RaceRoom Racing Experience represent one of the final showcases before the new content becomes available in the simulation later this week, with just VW left to preview before we finally get our hands of the content for ourselves.

The Audi RS3 LMS is a car many RaceRoom players will already be familiar with, having debuted in the game recently as part of a WTCR themed eSport prologue competition, however when the pack finally arrives this Wednesday the marque will be fully represented by all the teams present in the 2018 running of the WTCR / Oscaro series, namely the cars of the crack WTR squad and Comtoyou Racing, fielding between them seven drivers including reigning BTCC and TCR International champions Gordan Sheddon and Jean-Karl Vernay.

The RS3 LMS has been a bit disappointing this season to be frank, slippery in a straight line but something of a challenge in corners, only J-K seems to have mastered the car with two wins in the opening 18 rounds, something that his team mates will no doubt be looking to change as the season draws to a close.

On the other end of the spectrum Hyundai have been something of a revelation in 2018, the potent i30 N proving to be the car to beat more often than not, with evergreen drivers Gabriele Tarquini and Yvan Muller taking the lions share of the success so far, Tarquini having bag himself four wins in his 56th year, joining fellow 'golden oldie' Yvan Muller at the top of the drivers championship standings, Muller returning to racing for 2018 in his own team to secure two victories alongside the reigning WTCC drivers champion Thed Bjork.

The Hyundai will be represented in game by four drivers, two each for BRC and Yvan Muller Racing, with Tarquini, Muller and Bjork joining fan favourite Norbert Michelisz on the virtual grid.
