Race track mod help

I am looking for someone who would be willing to create a race track for me. Its our local race track, Algete racetrack

The track is not very big, but I also want some basic objects, like a few buildings, rails, tire walls, etc to make it look more like the real thing. At the end of the day, I would be happy if I can drive the track, and it feels fairly familiar and realistic, and the look of it while driving also seems familiar. The basic track layout you can get from Google Maps, and I can supply some photos etc, that will show more what it looks like from close up.

Please let me know if there is anyone who wants to take on this project and give me an approx price you would charge me for this. Or if anyone knows of anyone who can do this, please point me in the right direction, thanks.
