Round 1 - Australian Grand Prix
Results

It was a dominant display by the Spyker team in the first round of the championship as they clinched both pole position and the first 1-2 of the season. It is worth mentioning that both Sauber's had a pretty good starting position, however they both lost heaps of time during the pitstops. Laad, Harvey and Jednak all benefited from their woes and finished ahead of the Suiss cars. Aston Martin struggled in their first race not coming close to their rivals and therefore finishing in last position.

Stalling in the pits and destroying first gear was not ideal around this track, to say the least.

Round 2 - United States Grand Prix
Results

Ben Utzer managed to spoil Lutz' party by coming over the line just in front of the American. The three leading men in the championship once again locked out the podium with the BAR's closely behind. Once again both Saubers and Aston Martins struggled.​
