So what's a good time with 65 liters of fuel in race trim? I can consistently lap in the 1:29s and I am very happy with this, but I would like to know where I stack up against the rest of you guys

Honestly I have no clue about lap times yet.

I have had a very short F3000 run at Zandvoort Ages ago, so all I know is I'll learn it quickly once I start practising. Hope to find the last tenths quickly then...

I think we should have at least 5 mins warm up tonight to clarify fuel penalties.

I'll go a bit extra Reik and say we should add 10 mins as warmup, might be a bit of discussion to be had later.

I also agree with Sean and Nico, it would be the best way to work it but like i said, we dont have everyone set a time yet so cant see whos at what pace, once that becomes clearer then working by pace all the way down the grid is the perfect scenario.

we will just wing it tonight guys, no matter what we'll have good racing, we can discuss on server the finer points tonight and if it doesnt turn out right we've got something to compare against for next time

heres mine and seans first night of practise, thought id make a quick vid to show some really good close racing can be had at zandvoort, both of us on 65l fuel, it ended up a bit long and badly edited but was great fun at the time

I did, i showed my spin in the 2nd last kerb, i showed my off track moment right at the end and even though Sean was nowhere near at both, it was still obviously his fault

I like this innovative fuel penalty system. If it goes wrong, we also can blame... SEAN. Win-win.

Anyway, I think I can make it. At the practice race server atm it says 15 laps - should be minutes right?

p.s Bob what fish is that in your avatar? Is it a Roach, Rudd, Carp or Bream, its been doing my nut in for a while, my eyesight is getting worse

It's a 2lb 5oz roach from a canal that normally produces up to 8oz roach and no bigger, so I was well happy with it. In fact you have more chance of catch eels than anything else.

Nice one A Roach that size from anywhere is a decent fish, bit too big for me for Pike bait though, I'd take some of those 8oz Roach

Well that was a lot of fun, It worked out pretty well with not a huge deal of planning, some refinements and its looking good

Some great racing through the field, sorry to anyone who crashed out and big sorry to Vale I only noticed Bobs message that you'd dropped out after race 2, If id saw you were out I'd have waited for you

This was F-U-N!
1st race was intense fighting with David in front and Sean behind. I was out of my limits and went eventually off After that however it was a tie in pace with mid/back-pack. Impressive stability of pace over the field!
2nd race I got the upper hand and started near pole. Tito took the lead which he was not so interested in letting go. I had a hard time keeping up! So, the luck from above appeared (to me, not to Tito), a mistake Tito was given so /me could cruise by

The fuel penalty thing was awesome I think. What about you guys?

sorry guys I jumped out but too too hard try stay on track, near turns is anguishing will be freeze/rattle or what?after a bit is also hurt for eyes.Hard rebuild the pace every time build the time/lap and next turn last all, 1time 2time 5, 10 then stop Im crazy not masochist.
I always have question what see who is behind me? too bad this situation press ESC.
Hard manage the pit because the rev of my nuts is so high that I fly out of my cockpit and I cannot go back to the pits
