1.3 Update

Just a little update here!
Mild physics rework.

• A lot of changes in roll centers and so geometry, setup according.
• Tires are redone, less modern, more bias-ply style. Little less grip but less snap.
• Limiter now at 7500, little changes in torque/hp curve ( some hp more )
• Brand new sound ( as my Mustard, same engine, just different onboard )

The rev counter and speedometer no longer work with the new version. Can you fix that?

Thanks for the upgrade, only problem I have is that the Tachometer and speedometer don't work, they worked fine before.
