Oculus Rift Settings

Hi all finally got my self a Rift, what I need help with is my graphic settings for my GTX 1070 using triple screens but with resolution in game set at 1920x1080.
I'm finding it quite blurry and very grainy. so some help with this would be appreciated.
Have tried various settings posted by others but none seem to really help.

Does anyone else have an issue where the VR menu (back to pits, restart session, exit) and starting light are off the screen with lower resolutions? I have to run 4k settings to see the menus in vr, makes it hard to read the tuning menu and uses un necessary resources

I'm not sure, but if you set the resolution for Monitor in the Assetto menu down, it should be better. Have with me 1920x 1080 and recognize everything well.
