New to Assetto Corsa, looked at 100's of you tube videos for add on to it. What actually is the (lets say the 5 best) being new would you add. Thanks

Add.. to what? You seemingly have a DOF Reality P6, RTX 3090FE,
and Pro-Sim H-pattern, so presumably you're asking on the software side.
Supposing that you have the Assetto Corsa Ultimate Edition,
then there are plenty of cars and tracks to learn for quite awhile.

Content Manager, Custom Shader Patch and Sol.

The RSS cars are really good and very well done. Anything by A3DR, Stereo, Pessio. Take a look at the downloads list there are some real gems in there, too many to mention.

I'm new too. You can have a look at this site. You will find great reviews of cars and mods for Assetto Corsa. Not many, but very good.
