Ryder's PSSG Editor?
You do need to extract the PSSG files using 7zip beforehand, though.

All the info and pointers I suggested to @Philip Heck to create his step by step guide will also work on 3DSimed V2 aswell in theory.

After my 3DSimED3 trial ended I went back to v2 but I can't get it to work... It won't even open the *.3se file I saved using 3DSimED3

Works 100% fine for me in V2 when I tested it a few weeks ago. Opened up five different models with textures absolutely with no problems.

-turns out my version of 3DSimED2 was way outdated (v2.6) after updating to v2.17 it worked
