How to change camera position?

I would like to change my gauge camera, bc sometimes in different cars when I want to have the gauge camera instead of the first person camera the steering wheel just disappears and the camera stays where your driver is, This sucks bc I want it to be more realistic when driving with a wheel, that I only can see the gauges and not the driver hands and wheel, any way to fix this or is the camera position stuck with the car?

Move mouse pointer way to the right of the screen, a App that looks like a helmet, click on that. Adjust your view and save. You have to be in first person view to save it.
