Plus,
- increased resistance to damages to prevent AI to pit in for small aero damages
- increased driver seat position range (use LEFT or RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON then drag mouse to adjust view)
- removed bump maps from Morgan/ViperCC/350Z cockpits because of cartoon/plastic effect
- removed spa invisible wall in pits
- updated Enna tyres stack with moving ones
- updated 996CUP #123/124 ugly safety net with nicer one from ViperCC
- updated 996 RS with 3 styles : Motec+H gearbox / Motec+Seq gearbox / Stack+H gearbox
- updated all MoTeC/Pi/Stack fonts, display and cube maps, added red zone to Stack and added rev limit to MoTeC
- added 996 GT3 R versions
- added missing brakes/tyres temperatures motec line : now available in ALL cars (cycles show lap time, oil/water/tyres/brakes temperatures)
- added specific Ferrari/Porsche brakes
- added missing #109 Porsche GT3 CUP from 24h Spa 2003 event
- added laptimer to all cars with flags/pit icons
- added missing safety net in #108 C5R cockpit
- added wipers and dirt/rain effects on side windows
- fixed many black polygons on some cars
and many more (as CocaCola I will not give my detailed recipe because of people copying my work but you must know that there are more than 300 patches) during 7 long years of work on this project...

Hello folks, I have started to work on 10thAP v10.3 with substantial updates for HQ cars only as I always let default game unmodified :
- new HQ tyres with more progressivity in lateral grip
- fixed 14 years old Seat steering wheel bug (black area in center)
- fixed 14 years old MC12 motec bug : in previous versions I applied a black texture to hide the black polygon but the bug was still there so now I have really fixed the GMT with working RPM lights as it should be

Nice to hear,
very interesting for more progressivity in lateral grip,
on the grip-curve-factores i dont edit till today (often it will be worser than better :) )-
you compare with the "GTR2-Reborn" Physic files ?
This and Yours GTR233 - of course is what i prefer.
 
From what I understood in David Wrights comments some tyre data is hard coded in gtr2.exe like the dropoff : as you and many of us know about gtr2 tyre behaviour is that it is quite impossible to recover a car when it starts to spin. This behavior has been greatly improved in Race07/Injection (tyre model is much better than gtr2... But there are also flaws in Race series that is why I stay with gtr2). The workaround found by Chronus in Reborn tyre was to increase lateral slip curve levels : grip is slightly more important so when back end of your car starts to slide you still have that extra grip which allows you to stay right on track. So to answer to your question : yes I have followed Reborn/Race solution by increasing lateral slip curves too, moreover the 4 manufacturers have got rather different grip so in the end most people should be satisfied with at least 1 of the 4 brands, from higher grip to lower : Michelin>Pirelli>Dunlop>Yokohama.

By the way here are other fixes for 14 years old bugs :
- the lcd gear display is broken in Viper Roos so I have fixed it and enabled it for all vipers
- fixed the center mirror in F575 : image was deformed and there were tiny holes within carbon

Yes - thank you GTR233, its more important to like the software very much, as to buy every Year news, i think :).
This "impossible to recover is a little bit challenging",
i have only at Rain the problems with spins.
But in this situation i think, its more that the ffb get lot to low, and i dont feel what.

rF1 have in 1255 the dropoff-function -1 --> +1, and its possible to feel, this is not the
no.1 of physic-factor for me, but i realize in the last 12 Years, that a lot of mods try tyres with rF dropoff-parameter in GTR2, seems senseless.
And what Davide Wright comment is always interesting, i follow him since a lot of years on nogrip - power&glory !
The Reworkings from you at the default cars is very amazing and nice.
In my opinion this Cars have a very high quality, only to need rework sound-mods (mildrew, thinlane wolferl etc.).
My personal favourite is the 360 Modena with the GTR2-reborn updates NGT-Series.
And if i have after longer abstinence experience the F575, maserati GT , and GT1 DBR9 my favourites.

As the AMD 5700 series doesn't seem to display the old ISI engined games with working AA n AF, can I hope for a small cure with this patch? The Automobilista game does work properly. Maybe their SweetFX helps?
 
Yep ReShade, SweetFx and ENBseries can bypass GTR2 engine to set AA/AF but you should ask info to @Durge Driven as he knows AMD hardware better than me : I hope he has got a solution for you :)
What I know with my own nvidia card is that I must let AA disabled in GTR2Config and use option in my nvidia driver to override AA game setting : this way I have twice more fps than enabling AA in gtr2config.exe

There will be a small 10thAP update 10.3.1 because I have fixed other 14 years old bugs : by default saleen rpm lights don't work and fixed wrong spec map used for 550 Wieth anti-roll bars

Sorry no help with 5700 all I have is Vega 8 and AA/ AF works great
$10 APU looks better then my $1000 Nvidia

Sorry can you point me to where I can get a $10 APU 3200G ;)

testing - testing - testing :) .

Had same issue with a HD 7870 and gave up on it. It worked great in other Dx9 games.
Used to be great but with Win 10 I could not get it right!
Could fix it with dgVoodoo dx9 > dx11.
Cost some FPS but if it is a RX 5700 then that should not be an issue?
 
That recalls me the awful driver support of my old ATi ...I sweared to myself to never buy Ati product anymore, since I stick with nvidia for graphic cards only and AMD for cpu only.

Finally restored alcantara on morgan dash because wood was disturbing :D
And moved gear display in gillet because the steering wheel hides it by default
