The commentary from my car was "****, what happened, where's the track, cough cough, can't see a bloody thing, cough cough, I'll bet Bram threw a cigarette butt out the window??"

Come to think of, there should be some great screenies from this race, plenty of rolling mini's I'll bet.
Ah! The thrills of Bathurst, a very unique track. :dd:

CD Key is on the Disk in UK, only Multi key is on manual.

It is the Multi key that I am searching for... I can't believe that they could have two seperate keys, starforce and who knows what else. Makes me think even less of pirates if this is what is deemed necessary by some companies.

Congrats on what sounds like a brilliant race all... I would love to be involed if a bathurst race occurs again! Maybe escorts?

Sorry all, I'm having to pull out. It seems that until I find my case I am unable to connect to multiplayer... Why is it that they don't put the serial number on the case with the cd key?!?!?!?!?

If you can play off-line but not connect to multiplayer, then it is the multi code you need, which is on the back of the manual.

Yep, i think it was a shock for everyone who saw it to see it let go all of a sudden. The later part of the race was good to watch from the 3rd person.

great race for me, did good lap times no mistakes .at about 6 laps to go i was sure i would win it although warren was giving me a hard time and it was a great fight:circuitzolder: .then suddunly the engine blew up and the rest is history. i enjoyed it a lot . warren lets make a race at warwckfarm with faster cars, it can be great.

It was great stuff, but I screwed up after my roll, after which I was anywhere but on track. Too bad, I still saw the chance for more than my 3rd, when you two started battling for the lead Jerome and Warren. Well, in the end it was only a 4th place

It was a great race, glad I found time to do it. Qualified tenth, with, what turned out to be, a shed load too much fuel..(Same fuel for both qually and race, and I still had a quarter tank after completing the slow down lap.. lol.) And, because my general setup wasn't great, I only got one timed lap in.
In the race, I made no places on my own, it was all down to others misfortune, in the end though I got third. Very lucky indeed, especially as I flirted with the wall a couple of times (make that three or four) at the Cutting, and the Dipper... lol. In the end, the worst I got was a spin. Still had me puckering, for a second or three... every time... lol.

Thankyou Warren and the whole RD crew, yet another class event. I thank my fellow racers, for making it an enjoyable evening.
I can't comment on your race or racing, since I never raced with anyone. I just had to sit back n watch as you all drove off n left me. I did get to see one or two of you through the race... as you fell by the wayside... sorry gents... lol.

I think there's something up, with the way the game reports fastest laps, I think almost all my laps were faster than my qualifying. On lap 12ish the game reported I'd done the fastest lap, it was definitely my fastest lap but 2 secs, maybe more, slower than Jerome's 2:40.something. So, nowhere near fastest lap.
Moreover, if it was just flashing yellow for my fastest lap, it woulda had to do it nearly every lap, since I got faster through the whole race.

The Larsson family want more of this and the next time please let the marschals open the pit exit for race so we can drive!

I guess both Kristofer and myself used to Race07 waited a bit to long with filling up fuel and setting up the car so when time to go out on track the race whas in a starting phase and we could not take our positions. Typical GTL noobish and now we know for our local home track next time...

Bad luck Krister, I 'll bet most of us Race 07 guys have been caught with that one. I have learned to make sure I have my fuel set before the race goes to Start, either by doing it towards the end of Qualy (also include a few laps to see the difference in handling) or having a separate saved setup for the race, so it is only one quick click.

Good idea Warren, a second setup with the fuel you need for the race.
I haded a ferry disappointing race, Oualy was not good,started as 10 or 11
jumpstart because Go take a wail, hit somebody the first corner and waited to let him pass, then my S/G I dit it all wrong hit pitl. twice so that I get a second
S/G what was not the case, get in hit enter and get the full tread.So I was at the end off the pack let the front runners pass,and try to do the race on my one,hit the wall in lap 7 and was of to cyberspace so that was that, Then I want to few the race from the pit but that was not possible ??
first race I dit not finish.
So up to Linkoping...
