It is been a long time that gtl version was updated but I don't forget it, gtl will also get v16 update, still without wiper animation but dynamic clouds will be available for sure 
By the way, I have fixed old bugs in my ui : 3rd bottom button was not at the good place in controls options, and I fixed the black background after a race.
