What do we about ABS and Traction Control? Are we racing with high or low settings?

You can use high TC, and up to low ABS. Whatever settings you use here are just down to driver preference (in terms of stability, "realism", the behavior of the car on the track) and your style of driving.

When the option is available I tend to start with TC on low and move it up as the tires go off.

I dont usually.use assists but when they use them irl I dont feel so bad
