I'm sorry about the answer, but it's no. You have to own the dlc's to take part in it.

No need to redo/restart anything, if you already have everything set, its ok.

Hi, really sorry but I'm going to have to sign out.

I signed up for another event months ago, thought the overlap on time was ok but the race finishes just as this one starts (CET, GMT, BST ). As it's a Raceroom event though I probably won't get the damn pitstop preset working properly and run out of fuel!

Have fun guys, looks like it's gonna be a busy one!
