GEMFX with SweetFX v108 problem

I have a problem with this mod. Everything works fine but i had to reinstall windows recently, and now gemfx doesn't work, just game don't start. When i turn it off, game works.
I've installed nvidia drivers and directx, someone have any ideas?
Updated: I installed VC Redistributable, game starts i hear sounds and i see red hand cursor, but rest is black...
