Fanatec DD not working

I just received the fanatec dd base. I plugged everything in, installed the latest drivers but the software doesn't recognize the base. When I press the on button it turns red (I'm on pc) and the wheel calibrates itself and when its done for a split second its being recognized and then it disappears again. What can I do?

I had about the same thing.
I used the repair function of the driver (launch it again and click on repair), and all is working again.

Not sure if your case is the sale, but just in case it may help

Thanks for the reply, it wasn't that. I was using the dd with the csl universal hub and it didn't work because of the hub and the hub didn't work because the bolts that I used were too long.
