yes men , the only file that it's able to edit texture is the file with *_d.tga

f1_2014_environment_package / core_assets / shared_textures / sponsors / textures :

pit_perch_ferrari_2015_d.tga.erp
team_ferrari_2015_01_d.tga.erp
team_ferrari_names_2015_d.tga.erp
team_ferrari_sundries_d.tga.erp

and

f1_2014_environment_package / core_assets / objects / textures :

garage_colour_ferrari_a_2015_01_d.tga.erp
pit_light_ferrari_a_d.tga.erp

You have to download EGO ERP Archiver.

What does the EGO ERP Editor 2.0 do differently than 1.0? It says i can open all files now but i still can only open .erp and extract .tga

Erhaam, just uninstall your game, than install it again but don´t update it. Copy and save the McLaren folder (or just the Texture file from the folder) and then update the game. After that replace the McLaren Folder (or just the texture file) with the one you saved.

tried it, didn't work....... or maybe i missed something. i'll try it again.

disc installation only, no day1 patch, no steam during installation
(been requesting people to do that months ago and even wrote which files to upload for the community to gain access to the preday1patchliveries again, but either noone cared or noone owned the disc version)
