Most of people's prediction.

Hah!

I wouldn't be surprised if they still fielded their crappy F110 in Melbourne, blaming someone else for their poor planning and lack of funds.
Excuse me but have you owned a Formula 1 team? do you know what a team is going through both when it comes to politics and ekonomics?
I don't think so, HRT is probably the team with the worst budget on this years field of teams so stuff like this will be quite common for HRT until they get some support. (I actually don't know much about teams budget but from HRT's progress it seems like it)

No, but if I was the owner of HRT I would stop wasting everyone's time and money and let teams with real backing and a real car like Stefan GP on the grid, at least to respect the sport.

Although, I guess that since Stefan GP won't be using the Cosworth engine, the FIA won't let them in anyways.

The only team wasting money in the 21st centary have been Honda and if you compare them to HRT then you will probably find that HRT is not wasting money but instead using them in the most effective way possible to make sure they can do the entire 2011 season. (I actually don't know if there have been an other team wasting money in the say Honda did but I took them just as an example.)

yep, the fact they are on a tight buget, forces them to spend it as wisely as possible
