European patch + NOCD = weird cameras

Something weird happened to my cameras after installing the European Patch and the NOCD thing.
My GTR2 is the Steam version.

Here's what my cameras look now on all cars. It's as if they're overlapping the car or something like that.
Moving the camera back or changing the FOV didn't help.

I'm running it on Windows 10 64-bit.
No problems at all before the patch. No need for fixes or even running it with compatibility set to older versions of Windows.

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

I suggest you to install GTR2 10th Anniversary Patch as it includes all patches/fixes (with cams too) with a 4GB patched nocd (the standard nocd available in download section uses only 1.8GB max) :
