Error pops up when i try to launch fresh installed Content Menager: Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus

i cant even turn off my windows antivirus and i have never installed anyantivirus app or something like that i hav tried turining off Firewall and reinstalling Content menager but still same Error but i played normaly with content menager 1 month ago worked perfectly fine

The 2nd screenshot clearly states you're using NOT the windows defender. So noone of us knows what you've installed or not. Check your system. The report about CM is false positive tho.

And btw, there is absolutely no reason to disable your firewall.
