I'm still on experimental version but i think, it's the same version, as final 24.12 as you have, but mod working very well for me.

suggestions you should make it so you get like items like booze or beer cases just random items to be a crooked delivery man and random packages should get the police to come knock on your door the next morning that would make it 100X better great mod though

Didn't help. I even tryied to reinstall game and it didn't help.

Im not sure how to get my output_log.txt but in my C:\Program Files (x86)\steamapps\commons\My Summer Car\Mods folder, do I put this mod in the Config folder or just put in in the original mod folder?

when playing without internet I get an error saying "Division by zero in VoidOnLoad" and mod will not work.

It uses steamid as variable for random number generator. If it's 0 it fails.

I can confirm it does NOT work without internet connection.

Really good mod can you make a texture for the van to look like some type of delivery van like Royal Mail or La poste or Fedex Please do this it will just be the cherry on the cake!!
