I had an older pair of CSL elite pedals before upgrading to the V3s, the V3s are have more versatility in adjustability especially with the brake foam kit and you also get the onboard pedal vibration motors. As far as resolution goes i'm not sure if there is a difference. For feel i'd take the V3s over the elites anyday.
